The remaining balance of the accommodation is requested 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Should payment not be made in time, Ambiente Guest House reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Payment can be made by EFT or Credit Card. All extras to be settled on departure by guests. Rates are quoted per room per night. We allow a maximum of 2 adults per Standard room. 4 adults in the apartment and cottage. No children under the age of 8. Prices quoted are in ZAR (South African Rand) Prices are inclusive of 15% VAT. Any quote depends on availability at the time of acceptance. Our rates can change at any time without further notice. Cancellation Policy If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before the date of arrival, 100% refund. Cancellations or modifications made 30 days or less prior to of the arrival date, 100% cancellation fee. In the event of a premature departure or no show the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged at 100%. No refunds in peak season (15 December – 15 January).
