• A 50% deposit is requested to guarantee booking within 48 hours of making the booking.
• The remaining balance of the accommodation is requested 30 days prior to the date of arrival.
• If only one night is booked or booked within 30 days of date of arrival, full payment is required as deposit.
• Should payment not be made in time, Ambiente Guest House reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
• Payment can be made by EFT or Credit Card.
• All extras to be settled on departure by guests.
• Rates are quoted per room per night.
• We allow a maximum of 2 adults per Standard room. 4 adults in the apartment and cottage.
• No children under the age of 8.
• Prices quoted are in ZAR (South African Rand)
• Prices are inclusive of 15% VAT.
• Any quote depends on availability at the time of acceptance.
• Our rates can change at any time without further notice.

All rates are exclusive of breakfast.
Check in time is between 14:00 and 19:00 – please make prior arrangement for late arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancelled or modified up to 31 days before the date of arrival, 100% refund.
• Cancellations or modifications made 30 days or less prior to of the arrival date, 100% cancellation fee.
• In the event of a premature departure or no show the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged at 100%.
• No refunds in peak season (15 December – 15 January).
• A 100% deposit is required in peak season (15 December – 15 January).
